Grace Garden is...

... our effort to practice creation care and stewardship

... one way to provide fresh, delicious, and healthy produce to people who are food insecure

... a place to build relationships and explore faith

... a place to learn, work, grow, share, and pray

Grace Garden is made possible thanks to the financial support of Cross of Grace Lutheran Church and the Hancock County Community Foundation.

Ready to Get Dirty?

Grace Garden requires a large volunteer base in order to be successful. Volunteer management is handled through this website:

Select the day(s) that you are available to help. When you show up to the garden you will find a journal with notes kept from previous days that give you the necessary information about watering, weeding, harvest timeframes, planting, pest control, etc. Record your activity in the journal and head home confident that your work has been holy and beneficial.
