Cross of Grace's annual tradition of hosting a handbell invitational concert, inviting other local handbell choirs to come, ring, and share the Christmas music that they have prepared for the season.
We are excited to spread the word that Minneapolis-based singer/songwriter Rachel Kurtz will be performing at Messiah Lutheran Church in Brownsburg, IN. Tickets are $15 at the door.
A magnetic stage presence, Kurtz’s powerhouse voice and heartfelt performances have been electrifying crowds in Atlanta’s Georgia Dome, New Orleans’ Superdome, Texas’ Alamo Dome, and hundreds of other concert venues from coast to coast. With her new Love, Rachel Kurtz, album follows in the footsteps of gospel-activist diva Mavis Staples, while contributing to the neo-soul revivalist movement spearheaded by like-minded artists Alabama Shakes, Adele, and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings.
Cross of Grace is offering a FREE 4-day camp for children interested in learning how to ring handbells and handchimes.

Students entering grades 2-3 will learn to play the handchimes. Students going into grades 4-8 will learn to play the handbells.
To register, contact Jeannie Ellenberger at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (317) 861-0977.
Both morning worship services will feature a production of "Martin and the Doors" – a musical in which Cross of Grace children are on a modern day treasure hunt looking for the five core truths of faith as expressed by Martin Luther. While celebrating the Reformation's anniversary - 500 years this year - through humor and great music we learn some of the most profound truths in the Christian faith.
Cross of Grace Lutheran Church is offering a free 4-day camp for youth to learn how to play handchimes (youth entering grades 2 & 3) and handbells (youth entering grades 4-8). Each evening experience will include music, snacks, games, and lots of fun.

Youth in grades 4-8 are invited to be a part of our brand new Youth Handbell Choir. No music experience is necessary. We'll rehearse weekly on Sundays from 4:15pm until 5:00pm. Rehearsals begin Sunday, January 22. Contact Jeannie Ellenberger to sign up.
Every Wednesday during Lent, Jim Rowe will meet with our elementary-aged kids to prepare some special music for the Easter season. Plan on joining us for dinner at 6pm, and they'll still have time to rehearse before worship at 7pm. Please contact Jim to let him know to expect your children.
The Cross of Grace choir presents an inspiring celebration of God's gift of eternal light! Traditional Christmas carols are masterfully blended with original music to tell the timeless story of the birth of Christ -- the light of the world. This year's cantata is Joel Raney's "Promise of Light"
